Mr. A. Watkins, Principal (

duncanMr. R. Duncan ( As a product of Aldine Independent School District, Mr. Duncan began his educational career 17 years ago as an assistant band director at his alma mater, MacArthur Senior High School. With a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts/Music) Degree from Texas Southern University and Master of Education (Educational Administration) Degree from Prairie View A & M University, Mr. Duncan has continued pursuing his personal quest for learning and searching for answers to address how children best learn. Over the course of his educational pathway, Mr. Duncan has served in the capacity of Director of Bands in Houston ISD and Fort Bend ISD. He began his administrative journey in Spring ISD, and re-joins the Aldine ISD family by way of The Woodlands Preparatory School, Tomball, TX, where he served as the Dean of Students.

Dr. T. K. Price, Sr. holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration both from Prairie View A & M University along with a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics w/ Emphasis in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin. His alpha split for students here at Davis High School is G – He.    In his role at Davis, Dr. Price has many leadership responsibilities that include facilitating collaborative planning with teachers, managing the student behavior plan, supervising the Social Studies, Visual Arts, and Athletics departments along with conferencing with parents and students. Dr. Price is also the Campus Behavior Coordinator at Davis High School.  Dr. Price is entering his 14th year in education.


Mr. A. Ardley (

Mr. Ardley is a native of Florida started his career in education in Houston ISD. While in Houston ISD, he served as teacher, coach, Instructional Coordinator, and Assistant Principal at multiple HISD campuses. Prior to leaving Houston ISD, he was an Administrator assigned to 3rd-5th grades leading Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) at Houston Gardens Elementary. With a focus on students and student achievement combined with high expectations, he was instrumental in leading Houston Gardens to achieving TEA’s highest accountability rating of Exemplary status from 2008-2013. In 2013, he moved to Aldine ISD as a sixth-grade math teacher at Wilson Intermediate. Mr. Ardley became an Assistant Principal at Davis Senior High school in 2014. Mr. Ardley holds a bachelor’s degree in education/ public administration from Florida A&M University and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas Southern University. In addition to education, Mr. Ardley is a retired Major in the United States Army. In his last assignment, he served as a Branch Chief of Administrative Services supporting 2,700 AC, RC, and AGR Soldiers and civilians in eight states.

With an outstanding record in designing innovative programs that increase student success, teacher satisfaction and employee motivation, Bush specializes in adolescent literacy, college readiness, and motivating reluctant learners.  Bush’s belief in the importance of education to produce informed, responsible citizens that are prepared to achieve career goals guides her leadership vision. As a skilled facilitator and national trainer with a diversified background, Bush has been recognized and awarded for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation, and providing effective, clear, and concise information in formats that promote learning for all.
