Aldine ISD has partnered with Custom Care Pharmacy and Community Health Choice to provide COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer) for Aldine ISD students, staff, and community ages 12 and up. Students, staff, and others who received their 1st vaccine on August 16, 2021 will receive their 2nd dose on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at M. O. Campbell, 1865 Aldine Bender, Houston, TX 77032. Additionally, they will give 1st doses to anyone ages 12 and up who would like to be vaccinated (See Vaccine Incentive Below). Parents will need to be present with students under the age of 18 to consent. Each child must be registered individually.

Please have your ID badge (students and staff), other appropriate ID and your insurance card if available at the time of the appointment. A birth certificate, social security card/number, insurance card or a school shot record will be required for proof of age for students under age 18.
VACCINE INCENTIVE for 1st Dose
The Harris County Public Health vaccination incentive program which gives $100 cash cards to residents who receive their 1st COVID-19 vaccination dose has been extended to September 14th, 2021.
All Harris County residents who receive their first dose between August 26th and September 14th are eligible for the incentive program regardless of where they received their 1st dose vaccination!
